"Joanne was amazing she really took the time to get to know us as a couple, my husband needed some help with his vows so Jo had a separate call with him and managed to use everything he said to create the most moving personal vows. I wanted a hand fasting to get our girls involved and it was a lovely way to end a beautiful service, the knot was tied with perfection even tho I was a little worried my cords were too short. Jo was so helpful and supportive from the first conversation and was so calm and professional on the day, Jo was warm and welcoming to all our guests and really helped make our day perfect and we cannot thank her enough!"

"Jo was an absolute dream on the day, the day before and all the days before that helping us get ready. She was warm, genuine and really interested in us which is what we loved about her from the start. It didn't feel like she was just doing a job, she felt part of our story. Jo created a chat to talk to us both, met us for coffee to go through the script and was always attentive and helpful. Particularly when we needed extra help with choosing handfasting cords and checking our vows. She even recommended us having our dogs play a part at the wedding, and afterwards, it was our favourite part. Her replies, even when on holiday were fast which eased our stress.
