I am dedicated to crafting a vow renewal ceremony that is as special and unique as your love story. I take the time to understand your relationship, ensuring that every element of the ceremony reflects your journey together: past, present and future.

Here’s how it works:

Step 1

Initial consultation

Contact me for a free, no obligation chat – either face-to-face over a coffee or via Zoom, Facebook or WhatsApp. This gives you a chance to ask any questions and decide if I am the right celebrant for you.

Step 2

Secure the date

If you decide to go ahead, I will send you a booking form to complete along with a request for the initial deposit to secure your special date. Yours will be the only ceremony I conduct on that day.

Step 3

Planning meeting

We will then set up a further meeting to discuss what type of ceremony you want and how we can make it truly special. This can be face to face over a coffee (or wine if you prefer) at the venue of your choice or via Zoom if time is short.

Step 4

Couple’s Questionnaire

I will send each of you a short quiz which collects details of your love story – how you met, what the proposal was like, what are your hopes and dreams. Feel free to throw in funny stories, heartwarming emotions and little details that will help to make your ceremony really sparkle.

Step 5

Creating the ceremony of your dreams

Using all the information you have shared with me, I will get to work on creating the ceremony of your dreams and will send this to you. You have unlimited edits and revisions and the ceremony will not be finalised until you are 100% happy with the script. I can also support you with writing your vows if you wish and sourcing readings, poems and rituals to enhance your ceremony.

Step 6

Ceremony rehearsal

If you are having a rehearsal, I will be there to ensure that everyone involved is briefed on what will happen on the big day (an additional charge will apply for this).

Step 7

Officiating the ceremony

I will arrive at your venue an hour before the ceremony to make sure that everything is set and in place. I will liaise with your photographer and other suppliers to make sure everything runs smoothly and will be there to calm any last-minute nerves. It only then remains for me to deliver your perfect one-of-a-kind ceremony. I will guide and support you through this so just take a deep breath and enjoy.

Prices start at £500 For this you will get:

Initial no obligation chat (free)
Further meetings and research into your story
Unlimited contact via email, text, phone and/or WhatsApp
Initial draft of ceremony script
Unlimited edits of ceremony script at your request
Advice on readings, poems and music if required
Research into bespoke rituals if required
Support to write vows if needed
Celebrant officiated wedding ceremony on the day
Travel expenses up to within 20 miles of Cheshire and Wirral

Additional Costs:

Travel expenses outside 20 miles of Cheshire and Wirral are charged at 45p per mile.
Attendance at rehearsal ceremony £100
Additional expenses at request of couple e.g. specific costume charged at cost price.
